We're really glad to be getting back to the website this year! The plans are to expand the kitchen and cookbook sections to include all the tricks and tips we have for dealing with some real challenges today - a diagnosis of Type II diabetes for me, and the need to lose (or at least not GAIN!) some weight for both of us. After five years of fine-tuning, we've got a whole bag of tricks to making things easier. Blood sugar is easily kept under control, but we don't have to starve or count calories, or deprive ourselves of fresh flavors! If you're fighting with the same challenges, hopefully some of what we've posted here, will work for you. |
